Hope Gasque, BSN, RN is native to the area and is the practice administrator at SC Pain & Spine. She grew up in Conway, South Carolina, and studied at Coastal Carolina University. In 1997, she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. From an early age, Hope had a desire to help others through the medical field, so she continued her studies at the Medical University of South Carolina. She graduated in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. Since then, she has worked as a Registered Nurse. Her years of practice include emergency nursing, perioperative nursing and administration. Her many duties include assisting Dr. Rosenberg and patients with their pain and spine treatments.

Hope resides in the area with her husband and three children.
