Shannon Flaherty, Physicians Assistant with SC Pain & Spine Specialists in Carolina Forest, Conway and Myrtle Beach, SC

Shannon Flaherty. PA-C is a northwest Georgia native. She attended the University of Georgia, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Neuroscience and a minor in Human Services.

She continued her education at West Liberty University, where she received a Master’s degree in Biomedical Science. Shannon then went on to attend Lincoln Memorial University, where she completed her training as a Surgical Physician Assistant.

After gaining experience in surgical medicine, Shannon relocated to the coast to pursue a lifestyle closer to the beach and transitioned into the field of interventional pain management. She is dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care and helping patients improve their function, mobility, and overall quality of life through individualized treatment plans.

Outside of work, Shannon enjoys spending time outdoors, giving back to the community, and seeking new adventures.
